I.A.L.T find the perimeter and area of shapes  The perimeter is the distance around the outside of a shape. To find the perimeter you add all of the measurements together. 4 cm 7 cm p=7+4+4=15 cm The area is the distance on the inside of a shape. To find the area of a shape you need to times the length and the width.

I’ve enjoyed doing the dance as a whole Year 6 Hub because we haven't done an activity like this before. I learnt how to do the Mexican wave with my hands. I found it difficult at the start, but I learnt how to do it in the second week. I would now like to do more activities like this with the Year 6 Hub from now on.
