W.A.L.T: create artist inspired artwork (Raewyn Harris)

This week it was art attack week 
and we did koru art inspired by
Raewyn Harris.

I learnt that if you put chalk on a piece of paper dye washes it away and the dye takes over.

 I learnt that complementary colours are opposite each other on the colour wheel. The complementary colours I used were green and purple, and pink and yellow. 
My next step if I do another one is to add more detailed patterns and do another koru.

 I am proud of what I have achieved.

WALT understand the purpose for writing Mother of Dragons picture prompt When the dragon had hatched, crawling out of its shell onto her bed, Zoya knew that her life would never be the same again. She had brought the dragon far away from her village; away from the people who would hurt it and take it away from her. Term 4 Learning Goal My Learning Goal Read more books than I usually do. How am I going to achieve my goal? List strategies that you can use to work towards achieving your goal.
