What’s the goal? Solve division problems that have remainders.
What did I learn to do? To divide problems that have remainders in them like 60 divided by 7. What is the solution? How many cars can I wash in an hour? I can wash one car every seven minutes, so how many 7s go into 60, 8 with a remainder of 4 minutes, so your answer is 8 r 4.
What is my next step? To do harder division problems that have remainders.

Red and White aka Read and Write Celebrating: Where’s Wally’s 30th Anniversary and Dr Seuss’s 60th Anniversary As part of Literacy Week there is a dress up day to come as your favourite book character.
Who’s your favourite book character and why? I am Thing 1 and I am from the book The Cat in the Hat by Dr Seuss. I like this book because it is humorous and funny. Dr seuss has over 50 books, they are all rhyming books and loads of children read them. Dr seuss is a well known author. I remember having some of these book when I was younger.
